Welcome to our new office location right on Fifth Avenue in beautiful downtown Sandpoint, Idaho. Paula Kamp bought the RE/MAX All Seasons franchise in January of 2009. We have great agents in the office with years of real estate sales experience. All of our staff members are high caliber professionals with extensive knowledge about our local real estate market. Our agents come from diverse backgrounds but all are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to our clients. Randy Franz is our Broker; he is licensed in Montana and Idaho.
Randy Franz – I have been a realtor for over 20 years with experience in commercial, residential and land sales. I grew up in Colfax, WA and have a degree in business. Prior to a career in real estate, I worked in advertising and insurance. I have 3 children, and in my spare time I enjoy being outdoors in the beauty of North Idaho. As a realtor and broker, I take pride in assisting my clients find the perfect home, business or property for their budget.

Paula Kamp – I have spent my entire career in customer service but never enjoyed my work as much as I have since becoming a Realtor. At some point in everyone's life they will purchase or sell a piece of property and that is the most rewarding time to become involved. As part of that critical transaction there is also the ground work for future business and referrals. The best compliment we as Realtors can receive is being referred to a friend or relative.

Bernie McGovern – I have lived in Sandpoint for over 60 years, and my wife Patty and I raised our three children here. I grew up in Bottle Bay and take pleasure in fishing and nature. Jake Oliver – I am a 30 year local who draws on 4 generations of family ties to the urban, country, mountain and lake regions of North Idaho. Mike Roos – I was born and raised in Sandpoint and have an extensive knowledge of North Idaho. My wife, Erin, is a teacher and we have three sons. I have a passion for sports and enjoy the time I am able to spend coaching my boys in their many activities. Carl Preston – Born in Seattle and raised in California, Carl Preston returned to the Northwest in 1995 to start a business and experience the quality of life so unique to this area. Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all of the regional Multiple Listing Services, Public Record Searches, the RE/MAX corporate marketing and advertising components, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you.
In addition to our agents and brokers, we also have a fantastic support team. Jill Mix, our office manager, comes from a background in real estate sales, marketing, and escrow.
